Oh, I must quickly go listen to the podcast tonight. I am curious about the ba-ku-li story you guys spreading around. Sounds interesting ! I encountered a ba-ku-li incident myself also, when I lived in Jalan Perak. It was midnight and I heard someone playing with ba-ku-li outside of my room, he / she kept picking and dropping and collecting them one by one. Oh...... Merasuk......

I had a similar experience like Jepun Tauhu. I was living in an old government quarters and shared a room with my brother. One night, I felt someone pull my pillow. I thought it was my brother and I pulled back the pillow. That "thing" pulled back even harder.

I also pulled back harder and when it finally let go of my pillow, the pillow landed on my face. Immediately, I felt someone push the pillow on my face trying to suffocate me. I was very scared and turned my face to the side so that I could breathe. I dared not move and I felt my body float up from my bed! Then my body slowly came down but my legs were still floating in the air (my eyes were closed the whole time and i was sweating buckets).

I decided to pull my legs down but as soon as i relaxed, my legs floated up again. I exerted more pressure to bring my legs down ang guess what ? My legs dropped down and hit the edge of the bed. That caused me to believe that my legs (and body) really did float up.

After that, I heard the sound of a woman crying (wailing) in the distance. It was very eerie and I only got up (very stiff) when I heard my father coming out of his room.

im from penang. i too heard ba-ku-li falling on top of my flat as well. at times i felt its weird cause who in the middle of the night would play with ba-ku-li... this podcast, really send chill down my spine. looks like im not alone, or we are not alone afterall.

where does the origin of the ba-ku-li comes from? if its tables and chairs, i could understand. however, is it so much of coincidence that all 4 of us including MoMoKui, Jepun Tofu and PekSorHuan encountered it frequently? on second thought, i shall not stay up so late at night.
