    Well.. I heard you guys talking abt pua kiap tee bak chang..
    It also call nyonya chang.
    Ok, it is white pulut and the meat is cook with rempah..
    The ingredients very typical : rempah, tang gua tiao,….bla bla..
    My aunty is expert in this bak chang, i like it very much.
    Unfortunately she already moved to KL lor… so missed her bak chang nia..

    the other day i went to i-avenue at bkt jambul. There is a nyonya restaurant there selling nyonya bak chang.

    I never buy bak chang. If I want to eat bak chang, I have to spend a day and wrap it. We have fun working together like a family day. Same as wrapping dumpling, rolling egg rolls or spring rolls. They are delicious, yummy ……….yummy

    my grandmother every year also will “pak” bak zhang de…but since she have legs problems than no “pak” liao…coz need many “gang” to prepare the spice… i still remember the “chang” my grandmother “pak” got Bui-Bui Sam Zhan Bak, White Bean (big like grape) , Hiao Kor, Heh Bee, Egg Yoke, and the Rice is in Dark Brown colour… now outside sell de if wana find like my grandma make de…is cost me RM 6.50 per Bak Chang… Last time is FOC just open the “Kar Lo” take it form the table…if want cheap price…will get a bak chang just rice + hiao kor + tiny piece of meat slide…
