hungry show…but do any one here know…
where do those left over moon cake which not yet sold after 25/9/07 go?
any “cook” from one of those bakeries?
coz i hear before…
they will kept it in a freezer for next year…
they will reprocess…
take off the skin…
re-cook the inner parts…
than bake out a new moon cake for sell…
some times a bit scare to buy normal moon cake to eat…
coz afraid the inner part maybe 1 years old “tau sa” or “len yong”…
who can give me a correct answer…???

Wah, Shuahuan’s story sounds scary, but mooncakes too yummy lah. If delicious, keep five years also I will still swallow the thing =D

Happy moon Cake festival everyone…although i’m one day late.
Anyway, apparently not many people eat moon cake here in Taiwan,
instead, EVERYONE celebrate by barbecuing.
