Buy 2nd hand apartment, dun buy from friend…..renovate also dun ask friend to do….later whatever beh siok also cannot scold….haha….and also buy 2nd apartment must do a lot of survey, how is the neighbours….i m not racist but sangkut with neighbours is very scary and tiring….then must check got water leakage…from our apartment to ppl place and also ppl place to our place…then water piping and electrical wiring also must be checked….just my 2 cents…..
