We discussed about heaty and cooling foods according to Malaysian culture. Of course, we also get pull back and forth from one topic to another by my current favorite guest, Pek Lu Lu. I think you’d agree that you’d want her back! Share your opinion here or in the forum.
All the time and dates listed are in Malaysian time.
(If you don’t want to be a guest, you can also listen to the recording LIVE. I’ll put the live feed on this site. Come back here during the time of recording for the feed.)

Thanks to two of our listeners who generously and honestly sharing their maternity confinement experience in our Chinese customs. I’m sure some of you would have your own stories to share. Leave some comments here to share your stories, or we can record another one if there are enough people.
We have two new guests this week to talk about Cheng Beng. I’m sure many of you have already been to the cemetery or will be going this week. Since I grew up a Christian, I didn’t really know many of the rituals and customs when it comes to Cheng Beng. I’m so lucky to have two guests who are knowledgeable, especially Ah Toh Pek who has an uncle who sells things you may need for Cheng Beng. Thanks to Ah Tox and Ah Toh Pek who sent in some of these wonderful pictures.

I am so touched when I got this Power Point file this morning.
I will make the slides into a movie next week and show it to you. For now, here’s a picture of the moh sin bunch. Thank you so much for thinking of me on my birthday!
Ah Tox and Goo Ewe shared their personal stories of their early dating stories. It’s sweet, silly, fun, and hilarious. I’m sure you have your own stories to share as well. Share with us in the comment section of this post.
