As usual, we have another episode of ghost stories to share with everyone. This time we get to hear about local ghosts and oversea ghosts, some from England, some from Japan. If you like ghost stories, don’t miss this episode.
The japanese version ghost story i told is actually i heard from my japanese friends. it was quite a famous old rumour ghost story among japanese.
well, i dont know if it is true or not, but just want to share with all our penanghokkien lover fellows.
Japanese also believe in ghost but new generation.
some are similiar to us..
below are some to share:
1) Obon festival: which is their ghost month(July). They believe spirit of their passed-away ancestors will come back to visit them. They normally will put rice, cucumber, salt on entrace of their house to feed their ancestors.
2) Little gal ghost(i donno the official name): This little gal ghost actually brought fortune to family she visits(if she stay at ur home forever, once she left this family will face unluck). She likes to travel and go in ppl house to play(just out little kids do). If u figure out this little gal ghost in ur house, u have to worship with some candies, snacks to make her stay in ur house as long as possible(cause she brings fortune)….if she feels bored 1 day and left ur house to find another interesting family then she will leave with all the fortunes she has brought to ur house before.
