Join Penang Hokkien Forum

The Penang Hokkien Live Chat is a big hit. We have more than 30 listeners registered within the last 2 days. Even thought it’s nice to have the live chat box. I figured some discussions from the chat box can be moved to a proper Forum.

So, I decided to add a forum for all the listeners. If you think you will be an active member to the forum. I will make you a Moderator. Just let me know. We can have a few moderators.

I know it sucks. You’d have to register again. But the Live Chat only cache up to a number of chats. Some of our discussions are too good to let it go. Good topics should be voiced in the forum. Chat Box is good to brainstorm.

I’m going to start registration for this chat. I hate getting spam in here. Plus, you can keep your name. I can see that someone’s nickname has been snatched. This will hopefully takes care of it.

All you need is provide your email, and the password will get sent to your email. You can change the password when you log in to the system.

Don’t worry. Your email addresses will not be shared with anyone but myself. It’s done so that I can eliminate SPAM messages showing up in the chat.

I know there are bunch of new listeners to Penang Hokkien lately. I need to thank all of you who help me spread the news.

I am going to be recording some shows this Saturday morning. It may be too early for you. But that’s the time I have available.

Malaysian time: 7AM to 10:30AM

Be prepared with a mic, and a pair of headphones.

I have about 30 minutes per show. I’ll be recording probably around:
7:15-7:45am (Guests: TBD)

8:45-9:15am (Guests: TBD)
9:30-10:00am (Guests: Ah Bi & Ling Ling)
