PGHK recording at First Avenue Starbucks

We are back to First Avenue in Penang. This week we talked about what happens when you don’t have enough sleep. How do we cope with lack of sleep. For some reason, we went from being high from lack of sleep to sex when you’re sleepy, all the way to peeing and pooping. You may not want to have lunch or dinner when you listen to the end of this podcast.

I plan to have a recording this Saturday. Please check back on this site in a few days or friend the show on Facebook. I’ll announce the topics here and on Facebook.

Red Dot Kitchen Bak Kua

Being a big foodie, I invited one of the engineers, literally, who created Little Red Dot Kitchen. They sell naturally produced Bak Kua (or Bak Kwa), which is a kind of Chinese barbeque jerky. Learn more about their Bak Kua (I write it as either Bak Kuaⁿ or Bak kNua) and how these engineers started this business.

Also find out more about how methodically they tested and came up with their recipe.

They have the regular Bak Kua, Lite Bak Kua, and even, Turkey Bak Kua, which is surprisingly good. Learn more about all these bak kua in this week’s podcast.

This week, I invite you into the roller coaster ride in WiwiWawa’s car, which is our portable studio. There is an upgrade to the car. We talked about multiple topics including detailed introductions of some new guests, WiwiWawa’s driving habit, but one major one is how I lost my weight.

Guests: WiwiWawa, Ting Tong, Mo· Pun, Bo Mo· Peh.

This episode was recorded before I went back to Penang. Thanks for everything you guys have done when I was in Penang. And made this year’s birthday very memorable.

The long awaited ghost episode is finally out. Find out how one of our guests saw a dead relative in Manchurian outfit. There’s also a dead employee in one of our guests’ family business. This involved a severed head. Super creepy. Don’t miss out.
