    Listening to you trying to guess the herbs, it is called coriander and the Thais loves to use them in their cooking.

    Hi John,

    After I heard your all talk about herbs, here you go.

    Corriader/Cilantro = Phang Chai or EYam Sweei (in hokkien).
    Chinese celery = Kink Chai (in hokkien)

    FYI, chinese celery is a bit more leafy and thinner stem than American Celery.
    American celery got heavier stem and less leaf.
