The ingredient is 250g (8.8 oz) of glutinous rice flour, 1.5 cup of water, 2 table spoon of oil, peanuts, sugar and sesame seed.
1. Mix the flour with water and oil evenly. Pour into a metal plate and steam for 40min till cooked.
2. Prepare grinded peanuts (Chah toh tau jin), sesame seed and sugar.
3. After the flour cooked, mix with evenly with item 2.
