I’m on my way back to Penang (I’m writing to you on the plane, somewhere around Arizona). And as you may have heard in the latest shows, we are going to have a casual gathering later this month on Saturday, September 26. It’s also 十五暝 tsa̍p-gōo-mêe. This week, we chatted about how queueing has changed in Malaysia. Back when I was younger, people didn’t care about waiting in line and respecting your turn. People would just jump the queue.
