oooo….nice!!! i think everyone would have loads of ghost stories to tell one…damn eerie ler….

    must quickly swear….p*ki, c*bai, lanj*ao…..ok there…feeling so much better now! 😛

  2. John Ong

kshern: Yes yes, I had to swear to make me forget about the stories and get rid of the eeriness. I am glad last week you commented. I was wondering if you’re still listening to the show? 🙂
Are you still making CDs for your mother and grandmother?

  3. Ah Cent

    hahaah So lawak.. this show..

  4. stonepoh

The story is best lah,Ah John! The show will be become more interesting if add more sound effects to it. Can scare ppl ma. Anyway I love this week show very much. can’t wait for the 2nd part. 🙂

  5. John Ong

Ah Cent: Thank you. It was fun and scary.

stonepoh: Hi, is this your first time posting a comment? Or do you use a different name? I was having a bit of fun with the sound effects.

  6. Shua Hu

this one is good… next time ghost story must find me lah…. a lot to share…hahhahaha
???????????????remember, if you saw anything weird, don’t too scare. The ghost easily to attack you if you feel scare.

  7. kshern

i listen to every episode religiously…lolz…with the help of itunes of course. haven’t missed an episode yet.

the comments were so lenghty, serious and such a bore i didn’t bother to keep track of them anymore so that’s why i’ve not commented for awhile. to me, this place is meant for fun!

erm…i don’t burn for them anymore since i grew tired of doing that and they misplaced all the cds and kept asking me to burn the same episodes over and over again…lolz. actually, i’ve been asked to burn a few sets (more ppl now ma) so they can keep a compilation of them (in their cars etc.)!!! *faints* might have to reduce bitrate to reduce cost…. 😛

i think 2 episodes of ghost stories not enough….must have more!!! i’m sure every listener would know of a few. 😉

  8. kshern

oh yea….and i’ve to blip out every mention of me or them or the burning of cds etc…or i might just get murdered by them! hahaha 😛

  9. John Ong

kshern: Oh I’m so glad to know you’re still listening. We really appreciate that. I am hoping to meet as many listeners as possible next year when I go back for CNY.

Also, the Ghost Stories episode has been a wonderful experience for me, the guests on the show, and most listeners. I don’t think I have ever gotten this many responses. I think I will make it a deal. We’ll have “Ghost Stories with …. ” every now and then. I already have a few people wanting to share. This is going to be wonderful. And like I said it in the show, you can never have enough ghost stories.

If any of you would like to share your ghost stories, you can either use Skype to chat with me. Just have a mic and a pair of headphones, give me your Skype ID, I’ll call you up. If you just simply have a phone. Email me your phone number, and we’ll make that happen!

Remember this show is by John and his friends. The show is only fun and successful when all of you are taking part. So, go spread the news of this podcast to all your friends!

  10. Ah Hua

Ah John-ah!!! I think ur sound effect is more scary than the ghost stories itself, ha! Please add more sound effect in ur future show to make it even more “shiok” to listen to…..(imagine u have added the sound effect on the last show we did “Black Head Storie”…those tahi n kencing sound… jatuh longkang noise, LOL) Your hantu perempuan punya suara@laughter really made my bulu tegak, man!!!

I agree with Ah Hua about the sound effects. I have been listening every Sunday evening and even rearranging parties, meetings to get to hear the ‘show’. Fancy hearing ghost stories before I go to bed! I cannot wait until Monday to hear your shows, John.

Do Penang people love listening to ghost stories? So funny! ha ha

  17. Shua Hu

Ah Cent ah, I think you have to install Skype liao… so that once a while you can online and chat or leave a message to John, then he will not be easily forgot you.

Everytime only you and me also “sian” mah… have to add in more others… make more sparks ..hahahahaha…

Katapuru & lap chiong is good… can talk “ang su” then immediately change to “peh su”… really no pantang…. later if anything happen to them, like divorce ah, then sure Ah John will be in big trouble…hahahahahahaha…aiya, touch wood. Sure never happen lah, katapuru & lapchiong. I know you 2 like lapchiong in katapuru’s meat… so sure will “white hair until old”… “forever bath in love river”

wish you 2 and chai kuai, “early deliver expensive son”

  18. lapchiong

  19. Penangknia

white hair until old forever bath in love river

Shuahu translation is so good! Those phrases sound even nicer in English, because I’ve heard the Chinese one so many times before. I wonder how the Malay version would sound like?
