The installation process no longer applies for macOS. Unfortunately, there is currently no solution to typing Penang Hokkien on Apple computers. We hope that there will be a solution in the near future. Please check back here for any updates.
After getting familiarized with the Penang Hokkien Romanisation System, you can start typing Penang Hokkien on your computer. Below are the components you would need. The library file for the input system is being updated, and will be available for download by end of 2020. What you see here is a Beta version created in mid 2014. We are working on bringing you a more comprehensive and inclusive version within the next couple of months.
