John, kam siah u guys soooooo much for choosing the childhood games as a topic.. you guys brought me back to my wonderful childhood in Langkawi Island~~ those sweet memories just keep flashing through my mind..how nice =)

i reckon that most of the children nowadays do not play those games we played in old days.. my cousins dont even know how to play hopscotch, rubber band skipping and masak-masak.. computer games have replaced those creative and funny games we have..what a waste =(

Never have I caught any spider before, it’s scary for me..but I did caught some ants and kept them in the cap at the top of my mechanical pencil for a week.. i named it and itll be my mate to accompany me while doing homework.. then i’ll get another ant for following week.. hehe =p

i like those ideas of u guys imitating the kuam im mah~~ really creative and cool!!

Nice podcast. Actually we were all quite fearless when we were kids. I remember catching spiders and huge soldier ants with my bare fingers (somehow, I mastered the technique of handling the soldier ants with my thumbnail facing its huge mandibles … ). i also handled a snake once … my family had a house at pulau tikus and those days there was jungle (yes! in pulau tikus) where the gurney plaza is now. won’t dream of doing it now, somehow we get chickenhearted as we grow older. keep on podcasting ong!
